Akizuki Spa Ryokan Seiryuan - Asakura (Fukuoka)

The food was tasty and presented beautifully. The rooms were clean with well-equipped facilities, and the staff were helpful and attentive. The onsen was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the surrounding scenery was lovely.

The hotel was situated in a remote area, which made it difficult to access. Additionally, the early checkout time was inconvenient, especially during the New Year period. The language barrier was also a challenge, as most staff members did not speak fluent English.

We had an amazing experience at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Mr. Baigal who spoke Chinese and helped us with information about local attractions. The private dining room was spacious and the quality of the food was superb. We loved the genuinely Japanese atmosphere of this venue, and the staff were very attentive and sweet. They even accommodated our request for vegan meals, which were beautifully presented. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the private onsen tubs and sheltered hot spring bath that was available all the time.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time staying at this ryokan. the location is surrounded by beautiful Sakura trees and koi ponds that made our stay peaceful and relaxing. the staff was helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. Our room had an amazing in-room onsen and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the outdoor onsen with stunning views of the surroundings.

What we really loved was the traditional Japanese meals served, each dish beautifully presented and tasty. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a private bath that was clean and well-maintained. the surrounding nature was also a great visual treat.

The location might not be too easy to get to if you don't have your own mode of transportation. We had to make an effort to find the place, but it was worth it once we arrived.
